Data Deletion Request

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. There are two ways to delete your data from Kavast:

1. In-App Account Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is directly through the application:

  1. Open the Kavast App.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the action in the popup.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your cupping sessions, custom forms, and profile data will be permanently removed.

2. Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days.

I am writing to request the permanent deletion of my account and all associated personal data from Kavast. Account Details: - Name: [Your Full Name] - Email: [Account Email Address] I understand that this action is permanent.

3. Data Retained

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., financial records related to subscriptions via Apple/Google) or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., records of the deletion request itself).
