How do I change my account password?

How do I delete a Custom Form?

Open My Custom Forms and select the form you want to delete.
On the next screen, tap Delete.

How do I use a Custom Form in a session?

When creating a session, go to Protocol and select a Custom Form.

⚠️ Sessions using Custom Forms are not shown in the Directory.

Is there a Dark Mode?

Yes. Go to Settings and toggle Dark Mode.

My sessions are automatically published to the Directory. How do I turn this off?

Go to Settings and disable "Publish my sessions by default".

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings → App Language and select one of the available languages.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Your account and purchase history cannot be restored.

Profile

How do I hide my achievements and statistics?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile
Scroll down and disable "Show achievements and statistics".

How do I change my profile details (Nickname, Badge, Description, Instagram)?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile
Make your changes and tap Save.

Is my email address visible to other users?

No. Your email address is only visible to you.

History

How do I delete a session from History?

Go to History and open the session you want to delete.
Tap Delete.

Will deleting a session also remove it from the Directory?

If you are on the Beginner plan, the session will be unpublished automatically.
This does not apply to Pro and Expert plans.

How do I view session results and details?

Open a session in History and tap View Analytics to see scores and notes.

Will I see sessions I joined but didn't host?

Yes. Joined sessions appear in your History.

How do I find sessions from a specific user?

Go to Directory and search by username.

Who can see sessions in the Directory?

Only users with an Expert subscription have access to the Directory.

Can I edit session information after creating it?

Yes. Open the session from History, select a sample, and edit it.

⚠️ You cannot edit scores or notes—only sample information.

How does a cupping session work?

  1. Create Session - Fill in Required fields and Optional fields
  2. Create Session - Confirm creation
  3. Open created session in Active Sessions
  4. Invite cuppers to the sessions
  5. Open Session - Access the session
  6. Start Cupping - Begin the tasting process
  7. Submit - Submit your evaluations
  8. End Session - Conclude the session
  9. Find Session in History and click on it
  10. Publish/View Analytics/Export/Delete - Final actions
⚠️ When ending the session as a host, it will end for all participants.

How do I add samples to a session?

Open your session from Sessions (Active Sessions)
Tap Add Sample to add more (Sample B, C, etc.)

How do I start a cupping session?

  1. Invite participants
  2. Tap Open Session
  3. Tap Start Cupping
