Report Illegal or Abusive Content
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), Kavast provides a mechanism for users and authorities to report content in our Directory that is illegal or violates our Terms of Service.
1. Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter hardware-generated or user-published content in the Kavast Directory (such as cupping session names, nicknames, or notes) that you believe is illegal or harmful, please follow these steps:
- Identify the content: Copy the Session URL/ID or take a screenshot.

- Include details: Describe why you believe the content is illegal or abusive.
2. Handling of Reports
Upon receiving a report, Kavast will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the report.
- Review the content against our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
- Take action (if necessary), which may include removing the content or suspending the user's account.
- Notify the reporter of the decision and action taken.
